The phrase was "Kereedum Marchu or Theripichu" Which translats to the crown was thrown, etc. It could be the litteral meaning which means maybe this individual either did something to the crown, or the figurative term which means the individual tried to overthrow the crown </p> We are not sure when this conversion happend. Several stories have confirmed that the women he married was Marthomite. The conversion may have happend before marriage or as part of marriage. But it is strongly believed that the women was not hindu, but came from a Marthoma family.
